What is Multiple Sclerosis ❓
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a potentially disabling disease of the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system). In MS, the immune system attacks the protective sheath (myelin) that covers nerve fibers and causes communication problems between your brain and the rest of your body. Eventually, the disease can cause permanent damage or deterioration of the nerves. Signs and symptoms of MS vary widely and depend on the amount of nerve damage and which nerves are affected. Some people with severe MS may lose the ability to walk independently or at all, while others may experience long periods of remission without any new symptoms. There's no cure for multiple sclerosis. However, treatments can help speed recovery from attacks, modify the course of the disease, and manage symptoms.

I have Ms with cognitive problems as well . I feel quickly overwhelmed. I get very confused and dizzy especially in heat . I’m very confused in supermarkets and have to really do my best to focus. I find it hard to guess the distance between me and objects so I’m scared of falling or bumping into things .

Omg i had all those symptoms specailly the spot on everything i see and i was told by a doctor it was nothing and that some people have that. I had headaches and i was told I was stressed. During final exams in university i got very sick and my brain swelled up. I was told it was coming from my ear. After five visits to the emergency, a resident doctors said i think you have MS. That is when after an MRI and an MS specialist I was told yes. You have MS. My problems began in high school but no one checked and when i was diagnosed i was doing my third degree. I always almost 30 years old. After years of medications and miscarries, i stopped the medications. Take 6000gm of vitamin D, lowered me sugar in take, avoid stress and sleep a lot. I am ok but i will go back to the medications later on. We are trying to have a baby now and that is the reason i stopped the medications

I started having those last winter. Christmas 2022 was when I had my first attack but after it tapered off, aside from some obvious brain fog and nerve tingling and twitching I felt basically fine and thought if another attack doesn't happen for a while I can deal with it. Fast forward to this year and I started feeling it what I assume are the nerves near my leg bones that would suddenly pinch like my leg was trapped in a vice, being squeezed and surge from my ankle to my spine. Honestly only muscle aids or sleep aids help. Has anyone else dealt with it and if so, how? Seb thank you for sharing your story and through it building this community.

Get checked for parasites ASAP! And if you don’t get checked then just assume that you have them. Everyone with MS or weird health conditions the first thing I recommend is getting a parasitic check and a proper parasitic cleanse. I developed a laundry list of serious degenerative diseases, and when I did my proper parasitic cleanse with a Doctor Who is certified and trained to use ivermectin to treat me everything went away. All of my negative symptoms all of my MS symptoms. I don’t believe people actually have MS I believe they have parasites that burrow into the brain, the spine, the organs, etc., and to cause multiple sclerosis I’m dead serious. I’m a living walking breathing testimony please please find and seek someone out who can do proper parasitic cleanse for your entire body. Parasites have been linked to on all sorts of chronic diseases, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome and multiple sclerosis and fibromyalgia, etc.. The list goes on and on.

What low vitamin levels did you have ? And what are the weird symptoms? Like right now I have intching on my back I call it itching back pain. And the back pain upper is new for me. I’m 53. But I’ve had Lower lumbar spine pain for years I have bulged discs and I have degenerative disc disease in my cervical area. I’ve had occipital neuralgia pain. Hurts tremendously to brush my hair with this pain even to wash my hair.

Is there any relation between a bulge disc at L5-S1, low vitamin D and MS? I had numbness on tail bone and was not able to lift my lumber properly for 2 weeks, if I pinch there I hardly use to feel anything, then after 3rd week condition improved and MRI was done and said that I have mild bulge disc.

'New research published in Human Brain Mapping provides evidence of a shared neural mechanism that underlies sleep disturbance and mental disorders in preadolescents. The findings indicate that sleep disturbance and mental health problems are both related to the connectivity between and within two important brain networks.' “I noticed the importance of sleep years ago when I read several papers about the immediate amyloid protein deposition in the brain after short-term sleep deprivation. Amyloid is neurotoxic waste in the brain and needs to be transported out by cerebrospinal fluid,” said study author Ze Wang, an associate professor of diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.' My oldest was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting MS around age 25 ... his first obvious symptom was an eye muscle that he could not control ... 20 years later, he still looks like Marty Feldman, but his Gilenya helps keep him from having episodes (he was in the initial trials, and has had good luck with it). He also does not process fats, so he cannot gain weight (6'2", 140 lbs), but I think that might be a separate problem. He also has a bone spur on his hip that causes a limp, but I think part of his gait issues are also connected to his MS, as is the vertigo. He exhausts easily and developed a speech impediment, but it hasn't worsened ... so I guess that's good. His diagnosis was confirmed with a spinal tap.
